- Account data: name, phone number, email, country, gender and date of birth when you enter them.
- Booking data: the trip, the date, the travellers with you and an emergency contact.
- Payment data: the payment status and transaction reference only; card details are processed by the payment gateway and we never see them.
- Usage data: device type, language and the trips you viewed, to improve your experience.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or support.
02How we use your data
- To complete your booking and send the confirmation, ticket and invoice.
- To let the partner company run your trip and contact you about it.
- To process payments and refunds and prevent fraud.
- To send notifications about your bookings, and offers if you agree to them.
- To answer your questions and improve our services.
04Payment security
Payments go through a licensed payment gateway that complies with PCI DSS, and data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Card numbers are never stored on Romway's servers.
05How long we keep data
We keep account data while the account is active, and booking and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax laws require. You can ask to delete your account from the app at any time.
06Your rights
- See and correct your data in your account settings.
- Ask us to delete your account and data, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Stop promotional notifications at any time.

07Cookies
This website uses only the files it needs to work, such as remembering your language and light or dark theme and protecting the contact form. It uses no advertising trackers.
08Minors
Account holders must be adults. They may add minors as travellers on a booking and are responsible for the accuracy of their details.
